Even in the current (2021-2022) housing market, Dave helped us find a great home in the exact location we wanted, enduring a barrage of text messages along the way. Our experience with Mark Allen Realty has been wonderful! I can not even express how awesome Dave has been. We are looking to move from another state and he has bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule in every way possible. We talked before we came to town and it was obvious that unlike agents we have had in the past, he actually listened to what our requirements and needs are as well as our likes and dislikes. He was able to pin point what we were looking for and only sent listings that matched. When it came to showings, he was the epitome of what a fiduciary should be. Dave is the real deal! I have worked with dave on multiple real estate transactions and let me tell you Dave LoSavio is not your typical realtor, first off when something happens and things get stressful Dave always finds a way to stay calm and devise a plan to move past the obstacle. In addition Dave is always leading the industry going out of his way for he's clients so they can feel confident in the house that they buy. Being first time homebuyers in the middle of one of the toughest markets in a long time, Joe and Dave helped us through the process and answered all of our questions (we had a ton). From our first Zoom meeting, we knew Joe and Dave would be the team we wanted to work with! They understood our vision and helped us shape it along the way. We did all of our showings with Dave and he was wonderful about communicating and helping us notice things we wouldn't otherwise have spotted.
