This was our third time working with Joe from The Suburban Team and our first time working with Dave, and they did not disappoint! Even in the current (2021-2022) housing market, Dave helped us find a great home in the exact location we wanted, enduring a barrage of text messages along the way. He also helped us navigate through the process of having an offer accepted followed by a cancellation of the contract by the seller...twice. We will definitely be giving Dave and Joe another call the next time we move.

Our experience with Mark Allen Realty has been wonderful! I can not even express how awesome Dave has been. We are looking to move from another state and he has bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule in every way possible. We talked before we came to town and it was obvious that unlike agents we have had in the past, he actually listened to what our requirements and needs are as well as our likes and dislikes. He was able to pin point what we were looking for and only sent listings that matched. When it came to showings, he was the epitome of what a fiduciary should be. He pointed out pluses and minuses and pointed out things we had said were requirements. His patience was unbelievable! We did not find quite what we were looking for this trip, but will be returning soon and will NOT work with anyone but him. Our experience with Mark Allen Realty was phenomenal across the board. Matt connected us with the perfect members of the team to support our needs in the suburbs. As we were selling the home of my deceased mother, it was an emotional and labor intensive process but Joe and Dave were patient, supportive and efficient from the beginning. They broke down the process into manageable tasks and were extremely patient while we unraveled the sensitive nature of the sale. They are surrounded by an amazing team who helped us with staging, cleaning, and even some heavy lifting! Dave is the real deal! I have worked with dave on multiple real estate transactions and let me tell you Dave LoSavio is not your typical realtor, first off when something happens and things get stressful Dave always finds a way to stay calm and devise a plan to move past the obstacle. In addition Dave is always leading the industry going out of his way for he's clients so they can feel confident in the house that they buy. Sometimes I honesty think Dave became a realtor to help people because as any one that has worked with him would understand helping people clearly brings him more joy then anything else.

ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE with The Suburban Team at Mark Allen Realty. 5 years after Joe helped us buy our first home, my wife and I reached out and expressed our desire to look for a new home with more room to grow our family.Joe was able to sell our home within a week at a price we couldn't have imagined in our wildest dreams! We were extremely pleased & impressed and this left us with much more cash than we had anticipated to out towards our next home.After closing on our sale, we connected with Dave to seek out our next home. Despite us being extremely picky shoppers, Dave's knowledge & expertise guided us into our dream home at well below listing price & below home value! This was no small feat given the extremely limited inventory and high prices in the market at the time of our search. My fiancé and I had such a wonderful experience working with Joe, Dave, and the team at Mark Allen Realty! Being first time homebuyers in the middle of one of the toughest markets in a long time, Joe and Dave helped us through the process and answered all of our questions (we had a ton). From our first Zoom meeting, we knew Joe and Dave would be the team we wanted to work with! They understood our vision and helped us shape it along the way. We did all of our showings with Dave and he was wonderful about communicating and helping us notice things we wouldn't otherwise have spotted. When we were ready to put in an offer, all of the steps were taken quickly.The process was not easy, but Dave and Joe really did help us every step of the way. Our journey as first time homebuyers started a bit rocky when the first property that accepted our offer ended up having some fire damage. When we decided to rescind our offer, Dave was right there with us to continue the showings and to help us reflect. Then, when we got outbid on a different property (due to the current market), Dave assured us that we would continue to be patient and persistent.
